This section is specifically catered to our members who would like to complain about a certain company that sell products or provide services. We have provided here an easy to fill in complain form where upon filling up, you can upload a picture to show the product that you have bought which might be overpriced or defective. The image section is also where you can show images of what happened. On top of that, a logo of the company will be displayed next to your complain. For instance, if you are lodging a complain against TM, then the logo of TM will be displayed. All complaints will then be posted in the front page of pengguna.com.my. so if the company would not like to have their logos appear in the ‘Complaints’ section, then they must solve the issue quicker.
